Algemene Voorwaarden Webshop
If you place an order at Kleienzij.nl, you agree to the conditions below.
An order in our webshop results in a payment obligation. You can place an order 24 hours a day.

Placing order
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. On the order confirmation you will find an overview of the ordered items and their costs, including any shipping costs and VAT.
Ordering, payment and delivery of the products
All items shown include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. You can pay via iDeal, Paypal or Bancontact. If you are unable to complete the payment, please contact us.
Once the amount has been received, your order will be shipped as soon as possible on working days. The delivery time depends on PostNL, no rights can be derived from this. You will receive a message as soon as your order has been shipped. You will also receive a Track & Trace code so that you can track your order. After sending your order, Atelier Klei & Zij has no further influence on the delivery and the shipment depends on the deliveries and services of PostNL.
Atelier Klei & Zij is not liable in the event of loss and/or damage to your order during the shipment of letterbox mail by PostNL.
You are responsible for entering the correct (delivery) address. If your order is returned to us because PostNL was unable to deliver it due to an incorrect address, then there is the option to have it re-sent by us against payment of the shipping costs.

Shipping and packaging costs
The shipping and return costs are for the buyer. If there is an incorrectly shipped item or other inaccuracies, please contact Atelier Klei & Zij.
There are standard rates for sending the order. Within the Netherlands we ship for free. Within Europe the shipping costs are €5 and the rest of the world €10.

Exchange and return
You have fourteen days to change your mind regarding the exchange/return of your order. Within this period you can view and rate the articles. The fourteen days start on the day of receipt of your order.
Are you not satisfied?
You can return the item to us, provided it is undamaged and unworn, in the original packaging. If the item is no longer suitable for resale, Atelier Klei & Zij reserves the right not to accept the return shipment and/or not to refund the full amount.
Before returning an item, inform Atelier Klei & Zij of this. You can do this by sending an email to pleinenzij@gmail.com, you will receive a response by email. Keep your shipping receipt safe. If you want to exchange the item for something else, you can also notify Atelier Klei & Zij by email.
If you return the item, you can exchange it for another item from our range or get your payment refunded. The amount of the returned item will be paid to your return as soon as possible. Please note that when returning items, the shipping costs are for the account of the customer. Costs of damage and loss of the return are also for your own account.
When exchanging an item for a different size/colour, Atelier Klei & Zij will pay the shipping costs of the item to be re-sent once.

Complaints/Warranty
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from Atelier Klei & Zij. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use.
Do you have complaints regarding the delivered goods or other matters? Please contact us within 48 hours and we will do everything we can to find a good solution. This can be through replacement, repair or refund.

Price deviations
Atelier Klei & Zij reserves the right to price deviations. Price changes will be announced as soon as possible. You then have the option to dissolve the purchase agreement.

Algemene Workshop Voorwaarden
Door het boeken van een workshop bij Atelier Klei & Zij ga je akkoord met onderstaande voorwaarden. We vinden het belangrijk om vooraf duidelijk te zijn, zodat iedereen weet waar hij of zij aan toe is.

Boeken & betaling
– Deelname aan een workshop is definitief na het afronden van de betaling via de webshop.
– Betaling verloopt via iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay of Credit Card
Annuleren & verplaatsen
– Annuleren of verplaatsen is mogelijk tot 7 dagen vóór aanvang van de workshop.
– Binnen 7 dagen vóór de workshopdatum is annuleren of verplaatsen niet meer mogelijk, ook niet bij ziekte.
– Je mag altijd iemand anders in jouw plaats laten deelnemen.
Bevestiging van wijzigingen
– Een annulering of wijziging is pas geldig zodra je hiervan een bevestiging per mail hebt ontvangen.
– Heb je geen bevestiging ontvangen? Controleer dan eerst je spamfolder en neem tijdig contact met ons op.
No-show
– Bij het niet verschijnen zonder tijdige annulering vervalt het ticket.
– Er vindt geen restitutie of verplaatsing plaats.
Groepen & aantal deelnemers
– Bij groepsboekingen dient het definitieve aantal deelnemers uiterlijk 7 dagen vooraf bekend te zijn in verband met voorbereiding en materiaal.
– Op basis hiervan wordt het totaalbedrag vastgesteld.
Workshops door Atelier Klei & Zij
– Workshops gaan door bij voldoende aanmeldingen.
– In uitzonderlijke gevallen behouden wij ons het recht voor een workshop te annuleren of te verplaatsen. In dat geval wordt er contact opgenomen voor een nieuwe datum of terugbetaling van het volledige bedrag.
Werkstukken
– Na de workshop worden werkstukken gebakken.
– Je ontvangt bericht zodra je werkstuk klaar is om opgehaald te worden.
– Werkstukken worden maximaal 3 maanden bewaard na de ophaalmelding.
– Niet-opgehaalde werkstukken worden na deze periode verwijderd.
Normen & waarden
– Tijdens workshops verwachten we respectvol gedrag.
– Atelier Klei & Zij behoudt zich het recht voor deelname te beëindigen bij ongepast gedrag, zonder restitutie.
Aansprakelijkheid
– Deelname aan workshops is op eigen risico.
– Atelier Klei & Zij is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of schade aan persoonlijke eigendommen.
– Wettelijke aansprakelijkheid door aantoonbare opzet of grove schuld blijft uitgesloten tot het bedrag van de betreffende workshop.
